The usual heartbreak and tears is not at all uncommon for ABC’s hit reality show The Bachelor, but for this season 13 finale, things got about as unpredictable and unreal for Jason Mesnick, 32, and his two ladies Molly Malaney and Melissa Rycroft.
For the big grand season finale, Jason finally had chosen his future bride to be, brunette beauty Melissa. He slipped the ring on her finger as he had just previously let Molly go, sending her back home. But this fairytale ending for Melissa and Jason would soon take a surprise dark twist.
Back to back aired the “After the Final Rose” special, which taped only six weeks after Jason’s proposal, he told Melissa he was dumping her because he still had feelings for Miss Molly.”Don’t call me and don’t talk to me. Leave me alone,” said Melissa angrily, as she walked off the stage, after giving back her ring to him.
Although Mesnick said he hated himself . Then right after Molly came out and took the stage with Jason, where she agreed to give him another chance at their love.
