Britney Spears has recently discovered a new way of coping with her hectic and at times chaotic lifestyle. It is reported she is devoted to a new self-help programme called flower therapy, which uses plant essences to balance physical and emotional disturbances.
A close source of the mega star says,”Britney has tried every kind of therapy going. She’s studied yoga, seen numerous counsellors and even experimented with mysticism, but they’ve never been more than passing fads.”
Spears has been spotted reading books about the spiritual aspects of gardening, including Jack Canfield’s Chicken Soup For The Gardener’s Soul, backstage.
“Whenever she returns to her California home she’s straight out in the garden working. She’s very proud and knowledgeable about what she’s planted and what is growing around her house,” adds another source.
