She revealed that it was indeed Spencer Pratt, who finally admitted that he was the one who spread the nasty rumors involving her and ex Jason Wahler were in a sex tape together. Currently, the fans of the hit TV show will still have to wait to see the special episode of Pratt apologizing after all these years.
